Hello Everyone -- Sounds like a great summer forecast is in store for us at Rock Falls Raceway� this coming weekend August 23-24.��Rock Falls Raceway� has a�huge weekend of drag racing in store for everyone!!��We hope you'll be able to join us whether it's coming out to race or just to watch!!

Here's what's on the schedule for this weekend:

Saturday, August 23 --��$69 Test Day, Jr. Dragsters�& Sat. Nite Special�

Test Day Runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Gates Open at 7:30 a.m.

Test Day starts at 9 a.m.�

Jr. Dragsters --� Now 2 Age�Groups -- Ages 8 to 12 and 13 and Older!!

Jr. Dragster Testing -- Make a pass down the track at 12 noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.� -- Just $30 for Car/Driver.� $10/Crew.

Jr. Dragster Race:�� ($30 Entry for Car/Driver; Crew/$5 for age 10 & older)
Schedule is as follows:
Tech:� 2:15 p.m.
Qualifying Sessions:� 2:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Round 1 Eliminations:� 4 p.m.

Free Consolation Race for any Jr. driver�who loses 1st round of competition.� All ages combined for Consolation Race.

Saturday Nite Special --�3:30 p.m.� -- �One time run and then right in to eliminations.� If you've been testing it's just $30 to enter.� If you have not, you can still race it's just $49 to enter.��Box and No Box vehicles are separated until the total field reaches 16 or less at which time they�are combined on a ladder for the final rounds of competition.� Payout is $500/Win;�$200/RU and $100/Semis.�

Sunday, August 24 -- Bracket Drag�Race -- $1000 to Win�

Open to ALL Racers !!!

Gates Open at 7:00 a.m.

Time Trials at 8:30 a.m.

Eliminations at�12:30 p.m.

Come out and race in Street Eliminator, King of the Hill or the Sport Compact Class.� Win 2 rounds and win a trophy!!�� $40/Entry.

Race in Super Pro or Pro ET Money Class -- $1000 to Win!!� Payout starts 3rd Rd.

This is also an MDRA Points Race Weekend.

High Noon Gamblers and No Gizmo Gambler Races held in the morning for all Money Car Racers.� We also have our Run for the Money and Guts Gambler.

Trophy Cars -- We will also have the Run for the Money in the morning along with the Last Chance Eliminator Race held after 2nd round of regular eliminations.� This is for anyone who loses 1st or 2nd round of regular eliminations in Street, King or Sport Compacts.� Just $10/Entry.

Racing this Weekend July 19-20 at Rock Falls Raceway

Coming up this weekend at Rock Falls Raceway is a Saturday July 19�Sport Compact�Drag Race and a Sunday July 20 Muscle Car Race.� Its been a while since the Sport Compacts have been out for their own event (since late April as the June race was rained out) as well as the Muscle Cars (last September) so this weekend is a�perfect time for all of you to come out�and play again.��

Oh and by the way, Sport Compacts are allowed to run at the Bracket Races.� We created a new Sport Compacts Only class on our Bracket Race Days just for you!!� So come on out and support it plus get a chance to race more often.� It's the same price as the Sport Compact Days -- $40 to race - Win 2 rounds, win a trophy!!

Sport Compact Race CANCELLED for Today, Sunday, June 8 at Rock Falls Raceway

SUNDAY MORNING UPDATE June 8 -- Please be advised that the Sport Compacts Only Race scheduled for today, Sunday, June 8 at Rock Falls Raceway has been CANCELLED due to the rain. This race will not be rescheduled. The next Sport Compacts Only Drag Race is scheduled for Saturday, July 19. We do have a special Sport Compacts Only Class at all Bracket Race Days and would welcome you to attend any of those races as well as our Test Days, Fun Races and Bonanza Races.

Gates Open at 7:30 a.m.
Time Trials at 9:00 a.m.
Eliminations at 1 p.m.
$40 to Race or $10 to Watch
Race in any 1/2 second trophy class, win 2 rounds, win a Trophy!
Race in the Quick 16 Money Class for $100/Win; $50/RU!
FREE Consolation Race to anyone who loses 1st or 2nd round of regular eliminations.� $50/Win; $25/RU and final 4 racers receive trophies!!

Hello Everyone -- Sounds like a great weekend is in store for us at Rock Falls Raceway� this coming weekend May 31-June 1.� The weather is forecasted to be sunny with temps of�mid to upper�70s for the entire weekend and little to no chance of any precip!!� YIPPEE!! �Rock Falls Raceway� has a�huge weekend of drag racing in store for everyone!!��We hope you'll be able to join us whether it's coming out to race or just to watch!!

Here's what's on the schedule for this weekend:

Saturday, May 31 --��$69 Test Day, Jr. Dragsters�& Sat. Nite Special�

Test Day Runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Gates Open at 7:30 a.m.
Test Day starts at 9 a.m.
Jr. Dragsters --� Now 2 Age�Groups -- Ages 8 to 12 and 12 and Older!!

Jr. Dragster Testing -- Make a pass down the track at 12 noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.� -- Just $30 for Car/Driver.� $10/Crew.

Jr. Dragster Race:�� ($30 Entry for Car/Driver; Crew/$5 for age 10 & older)
Schedule is as follows:
Tech:� 2:15 p.m.
Qualifying Sessions:� 2:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Round 1 Eliminations:� 4 p.m.

Free Consolation Race for any Jr. driver�who loses 1st round of competition.� All ages combined for Consolation Race.
Saturday Nite Special --�3:30 p.m.� -- �One time run and then right in to eliminations.� If you've been testing it's just $30 to enter.� If you have not, you can still race it's just $49 to enter.��Box and No Box vehicles are separated until the total field reaches 16 or less at which time they�are combined on a ladder for the final rounds of competition.� Payout is $500/Win;�$200/RU and $100/Semis.�
Also, if you're planning to attend 5 or more Test Days throughout the 2008 racing season, think about purchasing the 5/$250!!� See Jennifer for details.� Its a $95 Savings!

High Noon Gamblers and No Gizmo Gambler Races held in the morning for all Money Car Racers.� We also have our Run for the Money and Guts Gambler.
Trophy Cars -- We will also have the Run for the Money in the morning along with the Last Chance Eliminator Race held after 2nd round of regular eliminations.� This is for anyone who loses 1st or 2nd round of regular eliminations in Street, King or Sport Compacts.� Just $10/Entry.
