Racer Information

Rock Falls Raceway is a 1/4 mile drag racing facility located just 6 miles southwest of Eau Claire, Wisconsin just off Hwy. 85 near Caryville.

Rock Falls Raceway does not accept credit cards nor do we have an ATM on site.  Please bring check or cash to pay for your purchases.  Please also note that we also do NOT accept any foreign currency or foreign checks including, but not limited to, those from Canada.  Again, please bring U.S. currency only.

Gold Rush Points Program

  • Super Pro and Pro ET
  • Count your best 8 of 11 races with a 40 point bonus for attending at least  races.
  • Win your choice of a New Style "Hero" jackets  or  NEW Class Champion Rings, Cash and Plaques for Top Five Finish.
  • Qualify for the prestigious ET Finals in Topeka, KS on September 17-19, 2010! Qualify to win the NHRA ET World Championship!!
  • Drivers earn 30 points for entering and 10 points for each round of competition won.  40 bonus points for competing in at least  8  races. To eliminate ties, extra points (5, 3, 2, 1) will be awarded to the event winner, runner-up, semi-finalists and quarter-finalists. Team Rock Falls membership is required to be eligible for the annual points chase in any of our classes and to qualify for the 2010 E.T. Finals.  E.T. Finals Team will be picked after the final race in August.  Race of Champions (one for each class - Super Pro, Pro ET, Sportsman and ET Bike) will be decided after the August 29 Bracket Race.  
  • CONTINUING IN 2010If you attend at least 8 of 11 scheduled bracket races you qualify for a free entry to a special race for RFR Money Members only which pays $1,000/Win & $400/ RU.  Only those RFR Members who attend at least 8 of the 11 bracket races qualify.  Super Pro will race separately until there is only 1 remaining as will the Pro ET category.  When there are 2 left (1 Super Pro & 1 Pro ET) they will race off in the final for the payout.

Trophy Racers

  • Come race in Street Eliminator or King of the Hill at the Rock.
  • The E.T. cutoff for Street Eliminator is 13.00 and slower. King of the Hill is 9.00 to 12.99 only.
  • Win 2 rounds of competition and win a trophy!
  • No electronic gadgets allowed.
  • Remember, consistency is most important in bracket racing.
  • Both Street Eliminator and King of the Hill Racers are also eligible for our year long points program for your choice of a Champion Hero Jackets (New Style) or New Champion Rings, trophies and plaques awards.  You must be a Team Rock Falls member to qualify for the year long points chase.

  • CONTINUING IN 2010:  Those RFR Member Trophy racers who attend at least 8 of the 11 scheduled bracket races in 2010 qualify for a free special year end race with a Payout of $200/Win & $100/RU plus a special trophy.  You must be an RFR Member and attend at least 8 of the 11 bracket races to qualify.  The King of the Hill class and Street Eliminator Class will run separately until there is only 1 left in each.  These two will run in the final for the money payout and bragging rights.

Guaranteed Payout - Bonus Bucks
NO electronics (delay boxes, stutter boxes or throttle stops) allowed in Pro ET Eliminator. Two steps okay. Bikes and snowmobiles are allowed in all eliminators. The BONUS BUCKS program is simple - the more cars, the more round money.  Bonus Bucks also available in the Sat. Nite Special, RFR Bonanza Races and Fun Races.  Check out their respective webpages for further details and find out the bonus payout for these races.

** Payout will be adjusted to the standard Gambler format if there are 16 vehicles or less in Super Pro or Pro ET!

$1000 to Win for Super Pro/Pro ET at All Bracket Races.  As long as Super Pro and Pro ET have a minimum of 17 racers per category (in Rd. 1) the payout will be a guaranteed $750 to win in each class.  The winners of Super Pro and Pro ET will then race off against each other for an additional $250/Win and $100/RU making the total winner's purse $1000/Win; $850/RU.  Racer payout also increased for 3rd and 4th rds in Super Pro and Pro ET.  Rd. 3 went to $50 and Rd. 4 went to $75.

Gamblers Race

Every bracket race day (for money vehicles only) we have 2 Gambler Races. For our Super Pro vehicles (cars, bikes or snowmobiles) with electronics we have our "High Noon Gamblers Race." For our Sportsman vehicles (cars, bikes or snowmobiles) without electronics we have our "No Gizmo Gamblers Race".  Both Gambler Race Entry Fees are $50 each.  In order to start our regular program on time, the final money rounds of the gamblers races will be delayed until the end of the day. 80% payback.

Fun Days
Our $40 Fun Days allow you to race for either money or trophies for the same price. No electronic gadgets allowed in any class. In the trophy classes, win 2 rds and you win a trophy. The payout for the money class is $250 to Win, $100 RU and $50 Semi in Sportsman Eliminator.  A Free Consolation Race will also be run (for 1st and 2nd rd losers of either the money or trophy classes) which pays $100/Win and $50/RU.

Safety
It's easy, safe and legal to race your car on the full 1/4 mile with accurate Compulink timers. Helmets (Snell 2000 or never required for 13.99 or quicker) and seat belts required. No shorts, tank tops, open toed shoes or nylon-type pants allowed. For cars faster than 11.49 or 135 mph, refer to the NHRA rule book or call our office.
