Big Money 1/8 Mile Bracket Racing returns with the Inaugural Sizzlin' $7500s, a pair of races that will each pay $7,500 to the final racer standing!

Find your way to the winner's circle and nab $7,500 at the Inaugural Sizzlin $7500s 1/8 mile race weekend! This event will feature a test and tune on Friday, followed by a $7,500 to win event on Saturday AND Sunday!

Sponsorship opportunities for round prizes, event days, and event weekend are available! We are hoping to grow this single event weekend into many more, and we need your help to do so.

Schedule

  • Thursday

    • Parking Gates open at 12pm​

  • Friday

    • Gates open at 8am​

    • Test & Tune from 12pm - 7pm

    • $2,000 Shootout qualifier at 4pm, eliminations to follow

  • Saturday

    • Gates open at 7am​

    • 1 Time Trial for everyone at 9am

    • Eliminations to follow

  • Sunday

    • Gates open at 7am​

    • NEW ENTRY TIME TRIAL ONLY at 9am

    • Eliminations to follow

​Fees

  • $250 weekend entry (one class Saturday and Sunday)

  • $150 single day entry (one class Saturday OR Sunday)

  • $75 Buyback (for those that don't win first round in one class either Saturday or Sunday)

  • $50 Test & Tune Friday (12pm - 7pm)

  • Crew/Spectators are FREE all weekend!

Rules

1/8 Mile All weekend.  All payouts guaranteed. No Box, Box Dragster, Box Door Car separated. No-Box separated until winner is determined, then merged with Box Door Car. Last Box Door Car races first Box Dragster.  Sportsman ladder at 16 total entries or less based on previous round’s reaction times, package is tiebreaker. No Box must be completed prior to ladder being established.  Maximum one earned bye run per driver prior to ladder.  First round bye random draw, then best reaction time. Bye run carries with winning vehicle. Vehicle and driver can go down track a maximum of twice per round.  First round buyback only. Buybacks entered back into round 2 of eliminations. If lanes run out of left/right pairs, first driver in line picks lane.  Broke cars will be given adequate amount of time prior to ready line, 30 seconds afterwards.  Vehicle swap prohibited after eliminations have begun.  Driver safety equipment mandatory for relevant et/speed.  Race director has final call.  Schedule subject to change.
